One Eleven Grandview Avenue is at the corner of Grandview and Shiloh Street in the heart of Mt. Washington’s business district. The building that is built down over the hillside instead of up into the sky is 1000 Grandview. In this building when you get in the elevator, you go down to your condo unit except for a couple of floors that are built up from ground level. This secure entry building has indoor parking, a pool, exercise room, guest room and party room. The monthly condo fees here are moderate with CIF assessments as needed. This is a pet friendly building with limits. This building has electric and also gas for use with gas fireplaces only. Grandview Crest is a town home community located in the 600 block of Grandview Avenue near the intersection of McArdle Roadway and Grandview Avenue. These multi-level units offer spacious balconies on each level, gas fireplaces, two car garages, and awesome views from almost 600’ above the city, all with the added convenience of being downtown in just minutes. The monthly HOA fees are on the lower end. It is rare that these units are available on the open market.
The most private quiet condo building in Mt. Washington is Grandview Towers located at 1700 Grandview Avenue. This building is set all the way down at the West End of Grandview Avenue. It is known as the most “home like” setting for a condo in Mt. Washington because it is just that. It does not have a pool, fitness center, or party room making it the most quiet, private home like condo building in Mt. Washington. People that live there say it is just like owning a home without the maintenance because you know all the neighbors but rarely see or hear them other than in the elevator or in the lobby getting the mail or paper.

The Marmont is a secure entry building located at 812 Grandview Avenue is a more modern contemporary condominium from the outside. Its large glass walls offer a unique light and bright look and feel. From inside the two story wall of glass offers some of the best views of the city. The Marmont has only 9 units making this one of the most private and upscale condominiums available in Pittsburgh.
