Brentwood Borough is a middle class community with many well-maintained homes attainable for less than $140,000.  This close knit friendly community features a diverse array of charming architecture including Victorian-inspired mansions, American Craftsman bungalows, English-style cottages, and mid-century Cape Cods and Colonials many featuring hidden architectural gems, such as stained glass windows, intricate woodworking, or delicate wrought iron balconies.  Brentwood School District provides students with a rigorous education in a safe learning environment with extracurricular activities offered in it's four schools, Elroy and Moore Elementary Schools, Brentwood High School, and Brentwood Middle school. Residents will enjoy Brentwood Park, with a playground, walking track, public pool, and numerous athletic fields, and organized sporting events.  Brentwood has great public safety services in place with Brentwood EMS, Police, and Fire Departments. The Brentwood Volunteer Fire Company which combines professional training and advanced equipment with a strong community orientation. Since 1916, local volunteers have chosen to sacrifice their time and put their safety on the line to preserve the lives and property of their neighbors.
