The Marmont is a secure entry building located at 812 Grandview Avenue. From inside the two story wall of glass offers some of the best views of the city. The Marmont has only 9 units making this one of the most private and upscale condominiums available in Pittsburgh. It has large 25’ to 35’ balconies which are among the largest available and offer a great outdoor space to enjoy the fantastic views. It has inside parking and most units have at least 2 indoor spaces with some offering 3. The building has a natural gas supply which allows for fireplaces.
