These multi-level units offer spacious balconies on each level, gas fireplaces, two car garages, and awesome views. The monthly HOA fees are on the lower end.

Grandview Towers located at 1700 Grandview Avenue. It does not have a pool, fitness center, or party room making it the most quiet, private home like condo building in Mt. Washington. This building has low to moderate monthly fees with the same amount paid quarterly. This is a pet friendly building with approval from the board. This building offers single and multi-level units, and all have sufficiently sized private balconies.

The Marmont is a secure entry building located at 812 Grandview Avenue. From inside the two-story wall of glass offers some of the best views of the city. The Marmont has only 9 units making this one of the most private and upscale condominiums available in Pittsburgh. It has large 25’ to 35’ balconies which are among the largest available and offer a great outdoor space to enjoy the fantastic views. It has inside parking and most units have at least 2 indoor spaces with some offering 3. The building has a natural gas supply which allows for fireplaces. Monthly condominium fees are in the higher range and include water, sewage, and gas. This is a no smoking building, and no pets are allowed.

The Vista Grande at 501 Grandview Avenue features all 2-bedroom 2 bath units. They are between 2000 and 2500 sq.’ and the building has an exercise room as the only common area amenity. Monthly condo fees are low in this building with CIF assessments as needed and the units each come with 1 indoor parking space. This is a pet friendly building.
